Operations Projects

1. Create your HTML file in Claude (or any editor). Name it whatever you like — the filename doesn't matter for display.
2. Drop the file into the projects/ folder on GitHub.
3. Open projects.json and add a new entry with all fields:

4. Commit & push your changes. The page updates automatically.

Fields:
file — filename in the projects/ folder
name — display name shown in the table
category — Margin Scenarios, Margin Audits, Printing, Shipping, Supply Chain, Townhalls (or create a new one)
owner — your name
date — last updated date (YYYY-MM-DD)
featured — set to true for company-wide projects (omit for personal/niche ones)
eteam — set to true for executive-team-only projects (hidden from the main library)
